1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the yflex platform — including the website at yflex.vip, any associated mobile-optimised pages, games, betting markets, and account services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Parental Controls

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of yflex services, including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, you must register a personal account. Account Accuracy

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date. One Account Policy

Where multiple accounts are identified, yflex will close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and may withhold withdrawable balances pending review.

Account Security

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly forbidden.
• Deposits are generally credited to your yflex wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider.
• yflex does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• You must complete any applicable identity verification (KYC) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to processing times depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests.
• yflex reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

yflex offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded at yflex's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first satisfy the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinating with other players to share bonus winnings, and any other strategy that yflex determines is not consistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, yflex will void all associated bonuses and winnings and may permanently close the account.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on yflex and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Opening or operating more than one account on yflex.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with games or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer games such as blackjack or poker.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Charging back or reversing deposit transactions via your payment provider after gaming activity has occurred.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing yflex staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

yflex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Chargebacks initiated against yflex by the player's payment provider.
• A court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements being fulfilled. yflex will not return funds where the account was closed due to fraudulent activity, a chargeback dispute, or a confirmed breach of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yflex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from:

yflex's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
